Debt counselling services in Tübingen
Debt counselling can help if you have debts that you can no longer pay, are putting off paying bills or are no longer opening letters.
We will answer your questions if your wages or bank account are garnished, if the bailiff announces his/her arrival, or if the pressure from creditors, debt collection agencies or lawyers is increasing.
You can obtain a certificate for your garnishment protection account from us free of charge.
If you keep having to overdraw your account or run out of money in the middle of the month, we can look at your income and expenditure together and draw up a budget.
We can show you ways out of over-indebtedness and discuss individual settlement options. We negotiate out of court with creditors, advise on court insolvency proceedings and assist with the application process.
